Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Document Compliance Technician for a position in Lafayette, IN. This individual will maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

$19/hr + benefits  PTO Accrued & Holiday Pay 

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in documentation and administrative tasks
  • Proficient computer skills, SAP focused 
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Respect for diverse opinions and confidentiality
  • Accountability and responsibility for personal actions
  • Enthusiastic about self-development and training new operators
  • Available to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
  • Close production tickets and enter data into the SAP system, ensuring proper documentation
  • Identify, resolve, and track errors in documentation
  • Maintain process-related logs, such as equipment use logs
  • Provide SAP troubleshooting assistance
  • Improve ticket documentation processes at supervisory and operator levels
  • Auto disposition of ISO and intermediate processes
  • Verify no open deviations in TrackWise before batch approval
  • Document work according to standards
  • Summarize observations and activities verbally and in writing
  • Stay updated on relevant policies and procedures
  • Assist in scheduling training classes for new operators
  • Inventory and restock T30 office supplies
Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to cGMP requirements to ensure product Safety, Identity, Strength, Purity, and Quality (SISPQ)
  • Report all deviations to leadership promptly
  • Complete and maintain current training for all assigned duties
  • Follow strict documentation practices
  • Adhere to Environmental, Safety, Health, & Security (ESHS) programs, rules, and procedures
  • Assume personal accountability for ESHS-related behaviors
  • Report all injuries to Employee Health Services or Security and leadership within the same shift
