Sirius Staffing is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a direct hire in Beverly, MA. Please contact Sirius today for more information!
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Some Saturdays as needed.
Pay Rate:
$46,100 to $76,500 annually
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine daily checks of facility systems and equipment, ensuring proper operation.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and general repair across multiple trades, including HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
  • Support cleanroom semiconductor environments and provide assistance to fab and engineering operations as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility systems including:
    • HVAC (Air Handlers and Rooftop Units)
    • Electrical & Plumbing Systems
    • Exhaust Fans, Chillers, and Cooling Loops
    • Boilers, Humidifiers, and Dehumidifiers
    • High Purity Gases (Nâ‚‚, Oâ‚‚, Hâ‚‚)
    • High Purity (DI) Water Systems
    • Wastewater Systems
  • Safely operate hand tools, ladders, and follow schematics/blueprints.
  • Work within a CMMS system to document, track, and complete daily facility tasks.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; respond to weekend, on-call, and off-hour requests when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance or licensed in a related trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.).
  • Wastewater Industrial Level 1 Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CMMS systems.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with ability to diagnose and repair pumps, fans, and other equipment.
  • Knowledge of asset management principles.
  • Ability to work from blueprints and schematics.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and effective communicator.
