HR Generalist
Job Description
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, particularly in UKG or Kronos.
- Assist with the payroll process.
- Assist in upholding HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support performance management processes.
- Assist with employee benefits programs during open enrollment and assist employees with inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with specific expertise in UKG or Kronos systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
