Job Description

Sirius Staffing is urgently hiring multiple Manufacturing Technicians/Operators in Lenexa, KS. We are seeking candidates looking for a full-time/permanent position who must be able to work a rotating night shift position: 2 on, 3 off, 3 on, 2 off. Hours:7a-7:30p and 7p-7:30a
 Pay: $20.78/ hour(day shift)  
Schedule: ( Days) 7a-7:30p
This is working for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility inside a clean room environment. Employees are provided extensive On-the-job training. The process is standard, but each batch of powdered product is unique, and the manufacturing time will vary. Therefore, no two days are the same! All employees are provided with PPE.
Facial hair that will interfere with respirator use is not allowed.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Processing – Loading chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, using an equipment operation interface to preblended/mill/post blend, monitoring automated processes
  • Packaging – prepping materials, packing the powder into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles, etc.
  • Cleaning  – breaking down/setting up equipment, i.e., hoses/piping using gaskets/clamps, spraying rooms, sanitizer equipment, etc.
  • Computer skills/Documentation – must have basic computer skills to document all work and read and write legibly/clearly/accurately in English.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Quality (Lab) experience preferred
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to complete paper-based documentation
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good attitude and attendance
  • Must be able to work night shifts.
  • Must be clean-shaven
