Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Technician position in St Louis, MO. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity! Please reach out to me fore more details!

Schedule: 2pm - 10.30 pm (includes 7% shift differential)
Training will be on the first shift. Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm. 
Contract : 1 year contract (Temp-to-hire)
Location : St Louis, MO

Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for setting up and preparing products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning up equipment and manufacturing suites after production operations, complete batch records during the production of products, and always follow all safety and quality policies. Just duties include:
• Set-up and operation of processing equipment such as Filter Integrity testing, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and High throughput Bag Line.
• Perform production operations, such as, Hand fill, prepping fill equipment and Aseptic gowning and qualification.
• Clean up equipment and working areas after production operations.
• Provide a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelines.
• Execute batch records in SAP.
• Ensure all applicable logbooks have been filled out completely.
• Follow production procedures and safety policies at all time.
• Use, clean, and store all personal protective gear appropriately.
• Label all in process equipment and containers properly.
• Supporting all activities of Manufacturing Tech 1, communicate and document status processes, products, and equipment.
• Perform In-Process assays.
• Setup, dispense, and package technically challenging products.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 + years manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science.
• Experience with safe chemical handling methods.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organization.
