Location: St. Louis, MO (Travel across 8 local sites; mileage reimbursement provided)
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (includes 5% shift differential)
Pay: Based on experience
Type: 1-Year Contract | Temp-to-Perm
Work Environment: On-Site with Travel

About the Role
Sirius Staffing is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team in St. Louis. This role involves providing on-site medical care and supporting employees across 8 facilities in the region. The position requires use of a personal vehicle for site visits (mileage reimbursement provided).
We’re looking for a nurse with strong ER, triage, or paramedic experience—ideally with exposure to chemical manufacturing or warehouse environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work setting and wants to make an impact on employee health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site medical care and support for employees across multiple sites.
- Perform triage, emergency response, and medical assessments.
- Partner with EHS to ensure compliance with occupational health standards.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
- Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness best practices.
- Travel between local facilities as needed (mileage reimbursed).
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Active/unrestricted LPN or LVN license.
- 2–4+ years of professional nursing experience.
- Occupational health and/or industrial nursing background.
- Strong ER, paramedic, or triage skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle for site travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Active/unrestricted RN license.
- Infectious disease experience.
- Familiarity with Occupational Health Management System software.
