Packaging Operator 1
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Operator/Manufacturing Tech position in St. Louis, MO. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity! Please reach out to me fore more details!
Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (10:00 PM – 8:30 AM) (includes 10% shift differential)
Training: First 2–3 months on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Contract : 1 year (with possible extension)
Position Purpose:
Manufacture products according to established protocols and perform operations to support the group, department, and company. This is not a warehouse position.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate production and processing equipment, including:
- COP (Clean Out of Place)
- CIP (Clean in Place)
- Kaps-All Torquer
- Label line
- Perform production operations and routine cleaning, including:
- Room cleaning (routine & monthly phenolic)
- Waste disposal
- Manual cleaning of small parts
- Pulling bottles from inventory and passing bottles into Class 100 clean room
- Hand torque and torque testing
- Application of pinch clamps
- Packaging of bags/bottles
- Execute batch records in SAP (eBR) and complete all required logbooks
- Communicate and document the status of processes, products, and equipment
- Follow production procedures, safety policies, and compliance rules
- Properly use, clean, and store personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Participate in required safety and quality training
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills (SAP experience preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Organizational and interpersonal skills.
