Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse/Packaging Operator for the Blair, NE area for a long-term contract position! Please see below for additional details!

NOW OFFERING A $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS!

Schedule: Rotating Day shift, 2days on, 3 days off, 3days on, 2 days off. 7:00am to 7:00pm

Essential Functions:

• Loading and unloading multiple modes of transport.

• Operating state-of-the-art packaging equipment

• Comply with standard operating procedures as learned during training

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Requires rotating 12-hour shifts (Day hours – 7 out of every 14 days; full time position)

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

• Average reading ability required

• The ability to communicate and understand English in written, verbal or sign form

• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team environment

• Ability to respond with flexibility to changing work demands

• Willingness to learn and/or able to operate a forklift

• The ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift

• Ability to frequently climb stairs to access assigned work areas

• The ability to frequently push, squat, bend, and reach overhead

• The ability to lift 55 pounds

• Ability to work in elevated work areas

• Ability to work indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions
