Warehouse Operator- 1st Shift
Location: Lenexa, KS
Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr  
Interview Format: Onsite

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator (1st Shift ) to join our Lenexa, KS facility. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, retrieving, shipping, and cycle-counting raw and finished materials. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, supporting internal and external customers while maintaining safety and accuracy in all tasks.
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, put away, pick, and ship raw and finished materials
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory
  • Operate warehouse equipment (including forklift; certification provided if needed)
  • Maintain housekeeping and organization of work areas
  • Support special projects as assigned by the Lead or Logistics Manager
  • Follow all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines (ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, IATA)
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass an MVR check (no offer extended without clearance)
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and 50 lbs up to 60 times per 12-hour shift
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Basic PC skills
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Experience working 2nd shift strongly preferred
  • Must be able to work the rotating night-shift schedule
Additional Role Requirements
  • Steel-toe boots and safety glasses will be provided
  • Exposure to chemicals/substances may require PPE (provided)
  • No requirement for: respirator use, vision exams, hearing tests, or work with bloodborne pathogens
