Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Start: Immediate – No interview required; candidates start pending approval
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pull customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle various weights of product:
- 84% of orders are ≤ 5 lbs
- 7% of orders are between 5–10 lbs
- 9% of orders are ≥ 10 lbs
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Use computer systems for order tracking and inventory updates
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Steady and consistent work history
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to walk up to 12 miles per day and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift varying weights as part of daily duties
