Administrative Assistant

Job Description
- Placing orders
- Data entry into sharepoint
- Receiving orders
- Managing vendor accounts
- Approving and forwarding all invoices to the Accounts Payable Dept.
- Controlling and filing the purchase orders for the QC Department, Maintenance, Administration, Janitorial, Safety and all shop supplies for Production.
- Various clerical tasks related to all site functions.
- Support Site in Human Resources requirements such as:
- Organizational Chart updating
- New employee On-Boarding
- Responsible for assisting in the planning and implementing of HR activities (Employee Surveys, Benefit Open Enrollments, other HR related duties).
- Supporting site function
- Help SC with inventory balances and organization
- Previous finance, bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are required
- Previous administrative experience a must
- Strong attention to detail a must
- Payroll experience is a plus.
