Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to join our new Transmission Office team in Morrilton, AR. This role provides critical administrative and operational support, including processing field time and labor data, managing invoices, maintaining records, and supporting both internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter field workers’ time and labor data, ensuring payroll and project records are correct.
  • Process vendor invoices and reconcile One Card purchases in compliance with system policies.
  • Support accounts payable operations and contract compliance for contractors and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with Record Retention procedures.
  • Review employee timesheets for exceptions, errors, or missing entries, and coordinate corrections.
  • Assist with DOT physical scheduling and maintain accurate DOT files.
  • Provide support during major storm events and assist with logistical requirements for the Northwest AR Substation Group.
  • Deliver courteous and professional service to internal teams and external customers.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
  • Some college coursework or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience
