Sirius Staffing is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in person, by phone, or by mail to address inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints, returns, and special orders.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, shipping, and service changes.
- Interview customers to gather information and explain available services.
- Investigate and correct customer account discrepancies or errors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective customer support.
- Refer complex product or service issues to the appropriate department for investigation.
- Promote and upsell additional products or services when applicable.
- May obtain and review credit reports or visit customer premises to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or related education preferred.
- 1–2 years of customer service or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
