Schedule:
M-Th, 7:30am-4:30pm
Fri, 7:30am-2pm

The Structures Aerospace Engineer will provide engineering services and support for in-service customer support and new aircraft modifications.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering duties: 70%
- Provide engineering services for the support of the C212 and CN235 aircraft operating in the U.S.
- Provide in-service structural repair design and substantiation support the company’s customers.
- Generate and review engineering drawings, structural design and substantiations, technical reports, and other technical publications for new aircraft modifications.
- Review structural analysis documents within the team to verify compliance with airworthiness standards and report any potential non-compliance.
- SolidWorks experience is required.
- Knowledge and Ability: 30%
- Ability to perform static strength analysis.
- Ability to perform fatigue and damage tolerance studies preferred.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Aeronautical) or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
- 4-6 years’ experience in an aerospace engineering environment required.
- Previous experience/knowledge in CASA C212 and CN235 aircraft is a plus.
- 2+ years’ experience working in SolidWorks is required.
Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):
- Must understand, read and write proficiently in the English language to read and understand appropriate manuals, schematics, and technical information necessary to adequately perform duties.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required but considered a plus for communications with Spain.
Technical Systems Proficiency:
- Proficient in MS Project, MS Office Suite, SolidWorks, and various CAD suites.
