Bagger Operator
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Packaging Operator to help package products into bulk bags. You’ll be labeling, sampling, weighing, and moving bags using equipment like forklifts and conveyors.
Rate: $16/hr + Benefits, PTO accrued & Holiday Pay
Schedule: Rotating Shifts (includes weekends & holidays)

Duration: 6 months, with possible extension
What You’ll Do:
- Operate equipment to fill and seal bulk bags with product
- Take product samples and apply correct labels
- Check bag weights and ensure each one meets requirements
- Watch the equipment to make sure it’s running properly
- Clean your area and equipment as needed
- Complete checklists and turn in paperwork
- Move packaged products using a forklift
- Help out in shipping when needed
- Always follow safety and environmental rules
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work 12-hour shifts
- Comfortable working on your feet and wearing PPE (like safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
- Good attention to detail and a team-first attitude
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including some weekends and holidays
