Enterprise Sales Manager

This is a Hybrid role that will work the Northwest Arkansas Market, reporting to the Rogers, AR location.
Base Salary plus commission:
Salary 75-90k.
The Manager – Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving the sale of company products and services to current and prospective customers. This role leads and develops a high-performing sales team, focusing on achieving revenue growth and profitability aligned with company values. The Manager cultivates long-term customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor while guiding the team in generating leads, closing sales, and proposing tailored solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Directs business solution sales efforts, including generating leads, preparing sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with top-tier business executives and community leaders.
- Leverages internal sales and marketing resources to identify business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Analyzes business trends and develops strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Serves as a company representative in community functions and events.
- Prepares reports detailing sales activities, prospects, and closed business.
- Identifies customer needs and delivers viable, customized solutions.
- Provides input for marketing and advertising strategies, including identifying target markets and appropriate media channels.
- Travels to customer sites, project areas, and business-related events as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry, operations, technology, and equipment.
- Solid understanding of business-to-business sales principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in delivering engaging presentations and public speaking.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay detail-oriented, and make informed decisions.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel; must hold a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales Leadership, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales management required.
- Experience in telecommunications and/or business networking environments preferred.
