Sirius Staffing is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II for a 6-month on-site contract with the possibility of permanent hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am5 pm, with rotating 7 am start or 6 pm end time.
Pay: $43.33/hour 
Summary: The CE Business Solutions Specialist II is responsible for incident and request life-cycle management, test planning, supporting incident resolution, and developing an understanding of interconnected business and technical systems throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role operates with moderate supervision and requires strong prioritization skills and frequent collaboration with business units and technology teams. This individual will receive mentoring from leadership and senior specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, triage, and prioritize incidents and service requests.
  • Coordinate between business areas and technical support teams to drive resolution.
  • Ensure all ServiceOne tickets are accurately reviewed, updated, and closed.
  • Support diagnostics and issue resolution with input from business users.
  • Participate in defining requirements and reviewing system enhancements as part of SDLC phases (requirements, testing, deployment, and support).
  • Help create and execute user test strategies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, interfaces, test plans, and test results.
  • Build expertise in assigned functional areas.
  • Understand relationships across functional modules within the CRB ecosystem.
  • Participate in impact assessments for system changes, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Meet regularly with business partners to review strategy for CRB-related initiatives.
  • Help prioritize solution delivery and align with business objectives.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to ensure they understand defined processes.
  • Evaluate outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Learn business operations, policies, and regulatory guidelines impacting workflows.
  • Develop a working understanding of master data models.
  • Support data governance and reporting activities.
Qualifications:
  • Required: Associate degree in Business Management or a related field (Accounting, CIS, Engineering, Communications, Mathematics, etc.).
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience directly supporting customer service operations using technology solutions.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience with SAP CRMB/IS-U, specifically in customer service, billing & rates, finance & credit, or device management.
  • Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in system enhancements and support.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of business processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced project environments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
