Production Lead – Custom Fulfillment Services (CFS)
Summary
Lead daily production floor operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with quality and SLA requirements. Oversee workflow, support production teams, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production, fulfillment, and shipping operations.
- Assign work and balance labor across production functions.
- Monitor order flow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor production associates.
- Support inventory control, material movement, and reporting.
- Escalate equipment, inventory, quality, and operational issues.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience.
- Previous team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tracking systems.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, provisioning, or technology operations preferred.
