Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour
Shift: 1st shift (6:25 AM - 2:55 PM)

Job Overview:
We are looking for Chemical Fillers/Labelers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate equipment, assemble products, mix materials, and label and package items to meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for basic machine operation, product inspection, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and adjust machinery for filling, labeling, and packaging products.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- Use basic tools and equipment like welders, hot air guns, and scales.
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Use a forklift (training provided).
- Wear a respirator if required for specific tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training.
- Basic math skills and ability to count large numbers accurately.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
- Lift and carry up to 70 lbs. consistently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
