Schedule: 1st Shift | Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $27–hour

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Technician to join the Aseptic Filling/Manufacturing team at a leading pharmaceutical organization. This mid-level role is ideal for individuals with hands-on aseptic filling experience in a cGMP environment. You will support pharmaceutical production in strictly controlled cleanroom environments, advance through specialized job functions, and provide floor leadership as you gain competency.
Key Responsibilities
- Become certified for GMP cleanroom access; perform sanitization and material replenishment
- Set up equipment and execute aseptic filling processes following batch records/SOPs
- Verify equipment calibration and sanitize production supplies
- Support cleanroom, component prep, filling, and capping activities
- Operate filling suite equipment and assist with line setup
- Coordinate tasks based on production schedules and priorities
- Train new team members and provide leadership support when needed
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely
- Maintain compliance with all GMP and safety procedures
- Notify supervisor of any health conditions preventing GMP area access
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
- 3–5+ years aseptic filling experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical facility
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and aseptic processing
- Experience with equipment cleaning, assembly, stopper prep, and capping preferred
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and complete documentation accurately
- Proficiency with basic arithmetic and computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
- Ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work in PPE environments
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions
- Exposure to cleanroom environments and PPE requirements
- Work may involve lifting 10–50 lbs
- Must not have open lesions or infectious conditions due to aseptic work requirements
