Electrician – Direct Hire
Mobile, AL Full-Time | Commercial & Industrial Electrical Work
Sirius Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Electrician for a direct hire opportunity in Dothan, AL. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson ready to grow in the exciting and rapidly evolving field of Building Automation and Controls, while performing hands-on commercial and industrial electrical work.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and equipment
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Bend and install conduit (EMT, IMC, Rigid); threading and bending rigid conduit
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure systems run safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with project teams and other trades to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all safety standards
- Learn and grow in the Building Automation and Controls field
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician
- Proficient in conduit bending, including rigid conduit (bending, threading, installation)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and construction documents
- Familiarity with construction site practices and safety procedures
- Experience working with low-voltage electrical systems
- Knowledge of NEC standards and industry best practices
- Proficient with standard electrical tools and testing equipment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
Working Conditions
- This role may involve working with high-voltage systems, at heights, or in confined spaces. Strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage is required.
