Contract Specialist
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist for a position in Lafayette, IN. This position will oversee compliance and enforcement of contractual obligations. This role involves monitoring adherence to company policies and regulations, mitigating risks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure contract integrity.
Range: $40-70/hr BOE + benefits offered, PTO & Holiday pay

Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure all contracts align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Enforcement of Contractual Obligations: Address breaches promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with legal, procurement, and project management teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed compliance records and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, compliance, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
