Sirius Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time onsite opportunity in Jackson, MS.
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls to provide support, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, and conduct service outreach.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the customer management system.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, productivity, response times, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, privacy requirements, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with call center software, customer service platforms, and computer systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
