Customer Service Representative
Location: West Monroe, LA 71294 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support incoming inquiries and provide exceptional service to customers. In this role, you will assist with account questions, product and service details, order processing, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot concerns, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via phone, in-person, and email to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Provide information on products, services, pricing, order status, account updates, and general inquiries
  • Process orders, returns, adjustments, and service changes
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, including billing or service issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs or product/service concerns
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate service records
  • Recommend additional products or services where appropriate
  • Obtain necessary customer information to support account setup or issue resolution
  • Support special orders and service changes as needed
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support role preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in handling high-volume inquiries and maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
