Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Birmingham, AL. Please contact Sirius today for more information
 
Rate: 
20-22hr.
 
Schedule:
M-F 8 am-5 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break, onsite full time.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage end-to-end order processing using the SAP system. 
  • Utilize external platforms provided by our warehouses to track and manage inventory and shipments.
  • Issued and managed all necessary documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment. 
  • Handle sample requests and MTO product orders specific to the Health Care business line. 
  • Attend meetings related to Supply Chain, Quality, and other relevant areas to support our manufacturing site operations. 
  • Coordinate international requests, processing orders with sister companies worldwide, and managing shipments to and from the US. 
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on order status and address any inquiries or issues. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in resolving any order-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing using the SAP system.

  • The candidate will also handle sample requests and MTO product orders specific to the Health Care business line.
 
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 3 years of proven Customer Service experience required
  • SAP expertise is a MUST
  • Hands-on experience with order entry and processing updates.
  • Familiarity with shipment tracking and related procedures.
