Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Birmingham, AL. Please contact Sirius today for more information
Rate:
20-22hr.
Schedule:
M-F 8 am-5 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break, onsite full time.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processing using the SAP system.
- Utilize external platforms provided by our warehouses to track and manage inventory and shipments.
- Issued and managed all necessary documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Handle sample requests and MTO product orders specific to the Health Care business line.
- Attend meetings related to Supply Chain, Quality, and other relevant areas to support our manufacturing site operations.
- Coordinate international requests, processing orders with sister companies worldwide, and managing shipments to and from the US.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on order status and address any inquiries or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in resolving any order-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing using the SAP system.

Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 3 years of proven Customer Service experience required
- SAP expertise is a MUST
- Hands-on experience with order entry and processing updates.
- Familiarity with shipment tracking and related procedures.
