Job Description

Sirius Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in  West Monroe, LA for a 12 month Contract assignment 

 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5×8-hour days)
 Pay Rate: Up to $14.00/hr.

The Customer Service Representative interacts directly with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure high-quality service. This role handles customer questions related to accounts, products, and services, both in person and via phone, mail, or other communication channels.
The position involves working with products and services that require up to two years of related study, training, and/or experience to effectively support and troubleshoot customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, account information, pricing, order status, and service changes.
  • Resolve customer complaints, process returns, handle special orders, and investigate service or billing issues.
  • Coordinate customer service needs with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Investigate and correct errors using company and customer records.
  • Refer unresolved complaints or product/service failures to appropriate departments for further action.
  • Receive, process, and follow up on orders, including shipping and discontinuation inquiries.
  • Explain available services and obtain necessary customer information during interviews.
  • May participate in the sale of new or additional products/services.
  • May obtain credit records through credit agencies as needed.
  • May visit customer locations to obtain orders or resolve issues.
