Schedule: Part-Time – 20 hours per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Market Intelligence Analyst to support our Global Marketing team within the personal care ingredients business segment. This role blends digital marketing execution with market research and competitive intelligence to drive data-informed business decisions.
The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing within a chemical or personal care organization and enjoys translating technical ingredient information into engaging, customer-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Development
- Create engaging technical and commercial content highlighting personal care ingredient functionality and benefits
- Write and design social media posts (including LinkedIn), blog articles, infographics, and ingredient spotlights
- Support development of application videos, demo formulations, and webinar content
- Maintain and update ingredient webpages and digital brochures
- Optimize digital content for SEO and customer engagement
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct economic research and analyze personal care market data
- Develop insights related to customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations
- Support strategic initiatives such as product launches, market entry strategies, and portfolio optimization
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and evaluating market data using established tools and methods
- Prepare reports and presentations that provide actionable insights to marketing and business teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Chemistry, or related field preferred
- Experience in digital marketing within a chemical or personal care company strongly preferred
- Prior experience in the personal care industry is highly desirable
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into compelling digital formats
- Experience with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), SEO optimization, and digital content management
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and market research tools
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity and manage priorities effectively
