Enterprise Sales Manager
South Arkansas / North Louisiana / Northeastern Texas (position may be based in Ruston, LA; Texarkana, TX; or El Dorado, AR)
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Hybrid
Salary: $75K–$90K base + monthly commission opportunity
- Earn up to $10K/month in commission when you achieve 100% of your performance plan
- Accelerators apply for exceeding targets, with the opportunity to earn more than $10K/month based on performance
This Hybrid role will require reporting onsite once a week and working their territory the rest of the week.
The Manager of Enterprise Sales is responsible for selling the company’s products and services to both current and prospective customers. This role builds, guides, and develops a high-performing sales team, providing the leadership needed to maximize profitability and drive revenue growth while aligning with the company’s vision and core values. The Manager actively engages in outreach, making sales calls by phone and in person. They cultivate long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Additionally, the Manager leads the team in generating leads, closing sales, and delivering complete, tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for direct business solution sales
- Generates leads, develops sales presentations and proposals, completes contracts, closes sales, and sets clear expectations to ensure successful service delivery
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with top-tier business executives and community leaders
- Actively represents the company in community committees and functions.
- Works with Sales Representatives and the Marketing & Sales Coordinator to identify new business opportunities with both existing clients and prospective customers
- Prepares detailed reports on sales leads, prospects, and closed business
- Analyzes and tracks business trends; develops and executes strategies to maximize sales and meet or exceed defined goals and objectives
- Focuses on delivering efficient, customer-focused solutions
- Provides input for market research and advertising initiatives to target customers better; recommends appropriate media channels for promotional efforts
- Travels as needed to customer sites, project locations, business events, and other company offices
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry, including operations, technology, and equipment
- Familiarity with business-to-business sales principles and practices
- In-depth knowledge of company products and services
- Proficient in using office technology, including computers, software applications, and telephone systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in creating and delivering effective presentations and public speaking
- Professional and courteous when interacting with customers, employees, and business contacts
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident in making sound decisions based on available information
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for business
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales Leadership, Marketing, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales management required
- Experience in Telecommunication and/or networking in a business environment is preferred.
- A preference is someone who is already local and familiar with their respective area.
- A preference is an individual who has worked in telecommunications or a similar industry and is familiar with the service offerings we provide
