Project Invoice Analyst
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a Project Invoice Clerk for a short-term contract opportunity in Theodore, AL. This is a 100% onsite role supporting the new Project initiative in Mobile, AL.!
Pay:$24.00- $34.00 ( depending on experience)
Summary: The Project Invoice Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and verifying time and material invoices submitted by contractors and vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance with project budgets. This role plays a key part in supporting financial integrity throughout the life of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify contractor and vendor invoices for time and materials.
- Ensure invoices align with project budgets, guidelines, and contractual terms.
- Cross-reference invoices with supporting documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, and time sheets.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare summary reports of invoice reviews and findings.
- Support the finance team with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of accounting or invoicing principles is a plus..
