Financial Controller – Greensboro, NC

Sirius Staffing is hiring a Financial Controller for a direct hire position in Greensboro, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing activities incl. accruals, production postings analysis, provisions, and true-ups.
- Own cost accounting and operational controlling (production costs, cost centers, utilities, variances).
- Prepare monthly reporting, KPI analyses, and ad-hoc financial evaluations.
- Execute budgeting, forecasting, and cost center planning incl. SAP budget uploads.
- Analyze yields, scrap/waste, raw material price variances, and machine hourly rates.
- Support inventory valuation (LoCoM), IC invoicing reviews, and statutory/statistical reports.
- Contribute to liquidity planning, short-term cash flow forecasts (1–13 weeks), and sensitivities.
- Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes and data quality.
- Billing and managing tolling agreements
- Reconciliations of accounts and revenue agreements with third parties
- General support of the accounting team
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Controlling / Operational Finance in a manufacturing environment.
- MUST have solid SAP experience
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and performance analysis.
- Advanced EXCEL skills are required.
- Structured, reliable, hands-on working style with strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in an international environment with HQ interfaces.
- Works well in a team environment
