HR Business Partner
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a global leader in the life sciences industry in Burlington, MA. This hybrid role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR initiatives.
As an HR Business Partner, you will support leaders across multiple U.S. operations by providing guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, implementing HR programs, and serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, talent development, organizational change, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Implement HR programs related to compensation, benefits, employee development, and workforce planning.
- Support organizational change initiatives, restructuring efforts, and business transformation projects.
- Utilize people analytics and workforce data to provide recommendations and drive business decisions.
- Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee engagement, retention strategies, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while mitigating organizational risk.
- Collaborate with internal HR Centers of Excellence and shared services teams to deliver HR solutions and resolve employee matters.
- Promote manager self-service tools and HR processes.
- Partner with HR leadership to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies.
- Assist with organizational planning, workforce initiatives, and change management efforts.
- Support multiple locations, including Burlington and Bedford, with occasional regional travel as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Solutions Partner, or similar role.
- Experience partnering with managers and leadership at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to support business decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Experience working within a large, global, matrixed organization.
- Background supporting organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong coaching and change management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
