Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations at our client’s warehouse facility. This hands-on role is essential in maintaining the smooth flow of materials and inventory and ensuring timely shipment and receipt of goods.
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations at our client’s warehouse facility. This hands-on role is essential in maintaining the smooth flow of materials and inventory and ensuring timely shipment and receipt of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, load, and organize inventory
- Assist in receiving, storing, and shipping of products and materials
- Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify and resolve operational issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production setting
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, labels, and shipping documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
Working Conditions:
This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor, operating machinery, and standing for long periods. Appropriate PPE will be provided.
