Job Description

Order Picker-Warehouse Associate 
Location: Allentown, PA 18106
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Assignment Type: Contract (Temp-to-Perm depending on performance)

About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Pickers/Warehouse Associates to join our team immediately. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Picking and pulling customer orders with accuracy.
  • Walking up to 12 miles per day and standing for long periods.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Handling order sizes:
    • 84% under 5 lbs
    • 7% between 5–10 lbs
    • 9% at 10 lbs
  • Following safety protocols and using PPE when required.
  • Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all order fulfillment tasks.
Qualifications
  • Steady work history and proven reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge for tracking and reporting orders.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
