Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Job Description
Position Title: Warehouse Operator – Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Schedule: Flexible start between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM; end time between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for temp-to-perm conversion
Site Closure Date: October 26, 2026 – this position will end on or before this date
Department: Production Planning
Location: Bellevue, WA 98004

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other logistical tracking software
- Forklift and pallet jack operation certification
- Dangerous Goods shipping certification a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping & Packing: Pick and pack both routine and non-routine orders; process domestic and international shipments using small parcel and freight carriers via carrier platforms or websites.
- Inventory Handling: Store materials according to required temperature and specifications; move product physically and in ERP system; identify warehouse space optimization opportunities.
- Inventory Transactions: Execute inventory transactions, flag non-conforming materials, and perform cycle counts. Accurately enter part numbers, lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities into the ERP system.
- Reporting: Maintain outbound shipment tracking reports via Microsoft Teams.
- Dangerous Goods: Maintain certifications and process shipments involving hazardous materials.
- Receiving Support: Serve as the primary backup for warehouse receiving tasks.
- Equipment Repair: Manage equipment repair requests and complete related work orders.
- Work Orders: Provide backup support for processing manufacturing work orders.
- Adaptability: Stay flexible with shifting priorities and be open to working overtime as needed.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing/logistics and using ERP systems
- Skills:
- Proficient in basic math and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Internal: Production Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, EHS&F, Equipment Repair, Transportation & Logistics, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Tech Services
- External: Logistics vendors, 3PL warehousing partners, material suppliers, contract manufacturers
