Manufacturing Specialist (Life Science) - Bellevue, WA
Pay: $35/hr | Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm 
 
We are hiring a Life Science Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, WA. You’ll perform aseptic filling of liquid bulk products into bottles using automated filling machines, peristaltic pumps, and hand pipetting techniques. This is a temporary role at our Bellevue site, which closes on June 27, 2026.
 
Site Closing Bonus Incentive: Stay through the end of the contract and earn a production bonus:
  • 1 month worked = $1,000
  • 2 months worked = $2,000
  • 3 months worked = $3,000
Note: Partial months do not count toward the bonus (e.g., mid-month start).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform aseptic filling operations following strict regulatory and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain automated filling machines and peristaltic pumps.
  • Hand pipetting for precise measurement and transfer of liquid bulk.
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain production documentation.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams.
 
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (with relevant experience) 
  • Must have experience with liquid filling
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or laboratory experience, preferably in the life sciences sector 
  • Proficiency with automated filling machines, peristaltic pumps, and pipetting techniques.
  • Knowledge of aseptic processing, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication.
 
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
