Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operator – SAP & Chemical Manufacturing for a position in Branchburg, NJ. 

Shifts available: 
- 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm 
- 2nd Shift: 2pm to 10:30pm first a few months of training needs to be on 1st shift
Contract : 1 year (with possible extension)
Location : Branchburg, NJ
Pay : $25/hr  - $30/hr (Based on Experience)
Required skills : 
  • 3+ years of SAP experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician with strong SAP experience to support production operations within a regulated chemical manufacturing environment. This role combines SAP-based production and inventory activities with hands-on chemical manufacturing operations, including material handling, equipment operation, batch documentation, and in-process testing. Candidates with forklift experience and a chemistry or manufacturing background are highly preferred.

Responsibilities – SAP & Production Systems
  • Utilize SAP for material movement, batch issuing, inventory control, adjustments, and confirmations
  • Track materials throughout the full production lifecycle, from data entry through warehouse staging
  • Print and manage production labels using SAP applications
  • Maintain accurate batch records, logs, checklists, and documentation following GDP protocols
  • Support inventory accuracy, consumable tracking, and equipment availability
Education & Experience
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of SAP experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Preferred
  • Associate Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or related science
  • Experience working in a chemistry-related or regulated manufacturing environment
  • Forklift or pallet jack operation experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong SAP production and inventory management skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment
  • Basic math skills and understanding of chemical reactions and hazards
  • Ability to read and follow written protocols and technical documentation
  • Experience using lab equipment, hand tools, and weighing/measuring devices
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
