Manufacturing Technician 1
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Technician III to join our Manufacturing team. This role requires strong expertise in aseptic processing within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently after training and supporting manufacturing operations while maintaining strict compliance with GMP and aseptic standards.
Job Title: Production Technician III (Aseptic – Pharma)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Shift Info: Worker will start on the Day shift (7am – 3 pm) for training. Will then move to shift below.
Weekend shift: Friday-Sat-Sunday from 7am to 7:30pm
Pay Rate: $32–$33/hr
Key Requirements (MANDATORY)
- Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Hands-on aseptic/cleanroom experience in pharma (required)
- Aseptic experience from food industry will NOT be considered
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently after training
Key Responsibilities
- Perform operations in aseptic/cleanroom environments following GMP guidelines
- Support and execute:
- Equipment preparation
- Stopper preparation
- Inspection (manual & semi-automated)
- Packaging operations
- Sanitization of classified areas
- Operation of autoclaves
- Oversee and guide other manufacturing team members
- Take ownership of process execution and results
- Make independent decisions during manufacturing processes
- Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Complete required training and maintain certification for entry into the Aseptic Core
Additional Details
- Virtual interviews conducted Tuesday–Thursday (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
- Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability, and leadership ability in a manufacturing setting
