Job Title: Product Assistant
Shift: 3rd shift - Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs (10 hour shifts) 10pm – 8:30am the next day. (4 x 10)

Training will be on first shift for 2-3 months. Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm.
Base Pay: $21/hr+10% Shift Differential

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Product Assistant (Manufacturing Tech 1) to join our production team. This is not a warehouse role. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day manufacturing operations, operate production and packaging equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment (COP, CIP, Kaps-All Torquer, Label Line, etc.)
- Perform equipment setup, troubleshooting, and testing
- Clean production rooms and lab equipment according to schedule
- Package bottles/bags and apply clamps, labels, and torque as needed
- Use SAP (eBR) for batch records and documentation
- Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Communicate status updates to supervisors and team members
- Lift/push up to 50 lbs and wear PPE including respirators
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with SAP and packaging line troubleshooting
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols
- Mechanical aptitude and effective communication skills
- Must be punctual, clean-shaven, and comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and material handling
