Location: St. Louis, MO 63118
Pay: $23.00/hour + 7% shift differential
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Training on 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

About the Role
In this role, you will support production operations by setting up, executing, and cleaning manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This position has strong potential for conversion to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate processing equipment (e.g., Filter Integrity testing, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, High Throughput Bag Line).
- Execute production operations, including aseptic gowning, hand-fill processes, and preparation of fill equipment.
- Deliver products to the warehouse via motorized pallet jack.
- Complete batch records accurately in SAP and ensure all applicable logbooks are maintained.
- Perform in-process assays and support packaging of technically challenging products.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas following production operations.
- Coordinate proper waste disposal and complete compliance documentation.
- Follow all safety and quality policies, PPE requirements, and GMP standards.
- Participate in safety and quality training activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work 100% onsite
- Strong attention to timeliness and punctuality
- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs, wear a respirator, and work with PPE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college coursework or an Associate’s degree
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques, chemistry, mathematics, or science
- Experience with SAP, pipetting, or osmometer testing
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safe chemical handling practices
Additional Information
- Interview Availability: Onsite, 8:00 AM, Tuesday – Friday (Manager is on 3rd shift)
- Requirements: Steel-toed shoes, respirator fit, standard physical exam
- Environment: Exposure to chemicals/substances requiring PPE
