Warehouse Operator
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in St. Louis, MO.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 10a-6:30p.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all types and sizes of chemicals by pulling, packing, and stocking materials.
- Verify all materials against provided documentation.
- Utilize a computer for most of the day, working within the SAP operating system.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Work in extremely cold conditions for periods throughout the shift.
- Lift up to 20 lbs as required.
- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Stand for the majority of the shift.
- Follow all EHS procedures and participate in EHS activities.
- Be available for overtime as needed.
- Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and thrive in a dynamic environment.
