Schedule: 2nd shift
 
Job Summary
The CFS Operator supports the Custom Fulfillment Services facility by processing customer devices accurately and on time. This role focuses on device handling, order fulfillment, and tracking work through the warehouse to meet customer deadlines.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Process devices through all stages of the fulfillment workflow
  • Perform basic PC setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and quality checks
  • Track and update device and order status throughout the facility
  • Handle and prioritize high volumes of devices and freight
  • Follow the standards, safety guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Professional appearance (facility hosts client tours)
  • Basic knowledge of laptops, tablets, and PC devices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
 
Work Environment
  • Warehouse/production setting
  • Standing and hands-on device work required
  • Fast-paced with peak production periods
