Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laboratory Technician for an entry-level position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves the daily production of aqueous and solid samples, with comprehensive on-site training and opportunities for advancement.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laboratory Technician for an entry-level position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves the daily production of aqueous and solid samples, with comprehensive on-site training and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and manufacturing of laboratory samples
- Operate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment to meet daily production goals
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE including gloves, safety glasses, lab coats, long pants, and closed-toe leather shoes
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks and projects
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines
- Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college coursework preferred but not required
- Previous lab or manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required; we provide on-the-job training
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a safe and effective manner
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to varying projects, technologies, and timelines
Additional Information:
- Initial schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; modified schedules may be available once training is complete
- Temp-to-hire based on performance, attendance, and overall contribution
