Job Description
Warehouse Associate
Location: Rocklin, CA
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM
SAP Experience Strongly Preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Complete all personal training requirements and expectations.
- Execute duties efficiently to meet production schedules while adhering to quality, safety, and health regulations.
- Maintain professional and cooperative relationships with team members and other departments.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
- Process, verify, and maintain accurate computer transactions.
- Pick, pack, prepare, and inspect materials for accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, serial numbers, expiration dates, and packaging requirements.
- Receive, unpack, count, and verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and internal requisitions; document any discrepancies.
- Assist in alternate work areas as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse picking/packing operations experience.
- SAP/SAP NEXT experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems required.
- Forklift or Dangerous Goods Shipping certification may be required (can be obtained during employment).
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of following written and verbal instructions.
- Experience operating:
- Pallet jacks
- Selecting carts
- Packing equipment
- Lift carts
- RF scanning guns
- Proficient in using computers, printers, and other warehouse-related technology.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
