Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking experienced Production Technicians to support sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Indianapolis, IN. This is a high-level manufacturing opportunity within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment requiring direct aseptic processing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Pay Rate: $32.50–$33.44/hr
Schedule:
Weekend Shift
Friday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekend Shift

Training Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview:
The Production Technician 3 position supports critical pharmaceutical manufacturing operations within classified cleanroom and aseptic environments. This role requires candidates with strong pharmaceutical manufacturing backgrounds who can independently perform manufacturing activities while maintaining strict GMP, SOP, and aseptic compliance standards.

This role requires candidates with strong pharmaceutical manufacturing backgrounds who can independently perform manufacturing activities while maintaining strict GMP, SOP, and aseptic compliance standards.
Candidates must have previous pharmaceutical aseptic manufacturing experience. Food industry aseptic experience will not be accepted.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform manufacturing activities within aseptic and classified cleanroom environments
• Support sterile pharmaceutical production operations
• Prepare manufacturing equipment and materials for processing activities
• Perform equipment preparation, stopper preparation, inspection, packaging, and sanitization activities
• Operate autoclaves and support classified area operations
• Follow GMP procedures, SOPs, and aseptic techniques at all times
• Complete production documentation and manufacturing records accurately
• Independently make process-related decisions during manufacturing operations
• Support and oversee manufacturing activities as needed
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards throughout operations
• Perform manufacturing activities within aseptic and classified cleanroom environments
• Support sterile pharmaceutical production operations

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required
• Direct aseptic manufacturing experience is mandatory
• Experience working within sterile GMP-regulated cleanroom environments required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently after training
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to lift over 20 pounds as needed
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required
