Sirius Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Support Technician for a contract opportunity in Sheboygan Falls, WI.
Pay: $22.00/ hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8a-5p.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the entire site running—supporting tasks such as equipment observations, time studies, shop improvement projects, and in-field equipment tagging. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, build technical proficiency, and develop a strong foundation for a future career in maintenance or industrial operations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support Maintenance Technicians through on-site task observations and time studies.
- Assist with digitizing maintenance tasks and organizing documentation.
- Participate in shop improvement initiatives and equipment tagging in the field.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and maintain accurate records.
- Receive and follow direction from Supervisors and Technicians.
- Suggest process improvement opportunities and contribute to department goals.
- Utilize CMMS and basic PC applications (Word, Excel, email, web browsers).
- Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and basic mechanical schematics.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools with guidance (grinder, drill press, sandblaster, band saw, etc.).
- Use gauges, precision measuring tools, and units of measure effectively.
- Follow all safety rules, identify unsafe conditions, and report issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior mechanical, vocational, shop, or industrial experience preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems (CMMS).
- Ability to read basic drawings/schematics and redline updates.
- Excellent self-motivation, communication, and time-management skills.
- Must maintain excellent attendance, professionalism, and respect for others.
