Warehouse Operator
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a contract in Carlsbad, CA.
Pay: $25 to $28/ hour.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30a-4:30p.
Summary
The Warehouse Operator supports GMP and non-GMP material handling operations, including receiving, dispensing, storage, shipping, and inventory control. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting manufacturing operations with timely material delivery, performing cycle counts, and ensuring warehouse areas meet cleanliness, safety, and GMP compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, transport, and dispense GMP raw materials, components, and supplies.
- Deliver materials to manufacturing and operational areas in a timely and compliant manner.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system.
- Ship products to clients and external testing facilities.
- Clean and maintain warehouse, receiving, and material storage areas.
- Comply with all safety and GMP requirements, including proper operation of pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Order materials as directed by department leadership.
- Support warehouse layout accuracy and material organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
- GMP experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- 1+ year of experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, inventory management systems).
- High attention to detail and ability to perform complex tasks accurately.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts.
