Sirius Staffing is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join our team in Lenexa, KS. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for various stages of the manufacturing process, from formulation and processing to packaging and cleaning.

Employees are provided extensive on-the-job training and must be able to work a fixed day or night shift; 7-7; 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off. All employees are provided with PPE. Employees cannot have facial hair that will interfere with using a respirator.

Responsibilities:

• Processing – Loading chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, using an equipment operation interface to preblended/mill/post blend, monitoring automated processes,

• Packaging – prepping materials, packing the powder into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles, etc.

• Cleaning – breaking down/setting up equipment, i.e., hoses/piping using gaskets/clamps, spraying rooms, sanitizer equipment, etc.

• Computer skills/Documentation – must have basic computer skills to document all work and read and write legibly/clearly/accurately in English.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Quality (Lab) experience preferred

• Must possess basic Computer skills

• Ability to complete paper-based documentation

• Keen attention to detail

• Willingness to learn

• Good attitude and attendance

• Must be Clean Shaven for respirator

• Must be able to work either a fixed day or night shift.
