Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing technician to join our team in St. Louis, working for a large Manufacturing Facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to work the evening shift.
Schedule: M-F, 2 pm – 10:30 pm Evening shifts.
Summary :
To fill bottles and bags in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CIP 100 and Citric Acid and be capable of operating various processing equipment, performing production operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform filter integrity testing.
- Operate Watson Marlow pumps, Omnispense pumps, autoclaves, and high throughput bag line.
- Prepare fill equipment for handfill operations.
- Conduct aseptic gowning and qualification.
- Set up hand fill, Watson Marlow, and Omnispense equipment in Class 100 clean room.
- Disinfect and sterilize Class 100 clean room.
- Fill bottles and bags.
- Deliver products to the warehouse using a motorized pallet jack.
- Clean equipment and work areas after production operations.
- Coordinate waste disposal and complete compliance documentation.
- Support Manufacturing Tech I activities.
- Communicate production operations and equipment status to the supervisor.
- Provide complete and accurate batch records at the end of production operations.
- Execute batch records in SAP (eBR) system.
- Maintain logbooks as required by procedures.
Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Ensure Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to production procedures and safety policies.
- Use, clean, and store personal protective gear appropriately.
- Properly label all in-process equipment and containers.
- Take action to resolve any unsafe conditions.
- Participate in safety and quality training.
- Maintain good housekeeping in laboratory and work areas.
- Perform in-process assays when trained.
- Set up, dispense, and package technically challenging products.
