Job Description

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM (4x10 schedule)
Training: Initial training on 1st shift for 2–3 months
Training Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: St. Louis, MO 63118
Total Pay: $23.10/hr

Purpose of the Position:
Support the manufacturing team by producing products according to established protocols and performing operations in line with departmental and company standards.
Please note: This is not a warehouse role.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Operate processing equipment, including:
    • COP (Clean Out of Place)
    • CIP (Clean In Place)
    • Kaps-All Torque and Label Line
  • Perform general production operations, including:
    • Routine and monthly phenolic room cleaning
    • Waste disposal and manual cleaning of small parts
    • Pulling bottles from inventory and passing them through to Class 100 clean room
    • Hand torque application and torque testing
    • Pinch clamp application and packaging of bags/bottles
  • Document and communication the status of processes, products, and equipment
  • Identify and report production deviations to the supervisor
  • Execute batch records in SAP (eBR)
  • Complete all applicable logbooks in compliance with current procedures
  • Operate safely and orderly according to production and safety procedures
  • Properly use, clean, and store personal protective equipment
  • Ensure correct labeling of all in-process equipment and containers
  • Take initiative to resolve any unsafe conditions
  • Participate in all required safety and quality training
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Basic Qualifications:
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Essential Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Basic computer proficiency (SAP experience preferred)
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Additional Requirements:
  • Production environment with occasional lifting/pushing up to 50 lbs
  • May involve rotating shifts (8/10/12 hours), including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (including respirators) for extended periods
  • Onsite interviews required
