Job Description
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Base Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Flex start time up to 7:00 AM)
Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Chemistry preferred
Preferred Skills: SAP experience (willing to train)
Requirement: Must be clean-shaven (due to PPE use)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Manufacturing Technician to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, manufacturing products in accordance with established protocols, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation & Maintenance:
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment per SOPs
- Identify equipment malfunctions and take corrective actions with proper authorization
- Report mechanical issues and collaboration with maintenance for repairs
Production Activities:
- Prepare materials and equipment for production in accordance with standard procedures
- Perform in-process analytical testing to ensure quality standards are met
- Transport chemicals and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, pumps, or dollies
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials and hours in SAP
- Clean equipment and production areas post-operations
- Manage proper disposal of waste and complete required compliance documentation
Documentation & Communication:
- Accurately complete batch records and logbooks
- Document and report process deviations and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary
- Communicate equipment and process status with supervisors and team members
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality protocols
- Appropriately use and store personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Label all in-process containers and equipment per guidelines
- Report and resolve unsafe working conditions
- Participating in safety and quality training
Continuous Improvement & Leadership:
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support training of new team members and provide technical guidance as needed
- Lead or assist with technical investigations and process development initiatives
